2022’s Gingerbread City exhibition focused on climate and sustainability, with five different climate zones: Polar, Temperate, Continental, Dry, and Tropical.
Once again, there were a plethora of marvellous Gingerbread creations to see, I always love this exhibition and its creative displays. There are so many ways to use gingerbread and a variety of sweets to create the most gorgeous little landscapes, buildings, creatures and worlds.
I can’t wait to see what they come up with next time, but for now here is a small selection of my favourite displays this time around!
