When I was looking for a nice seaside town to visit this month, one of the things that made me decide to go to Hastings was this very museum. If you know me, you probably know that I’m one of those true crime weirdos who really enjoy listening to, watching, and reading about true crime in all its forms, so a museum on the topic sounded like an amazing idea!
This museum is stuffed full of exhibits and stories all around mostly UK-based true crime stories. It’s located in snaking tunnels, which really adds to the atmosphere. Exhibits are very well labelled with lots of stories and details. From profiles of serial killers, over details of crime syndicates, to art created by criminals, this museum has it all!
I spent hours combing through all the things on display, what a brilliantly curated museum that takes great care to be respectful to victims while showcasing some of the most infamous crimes from the UK. If you have any interest in true crime at all, I can only urge you to make your way down to Hastings to check out the museum, it’s absolutely fantastic!
