Have you ever wanted to try axe throwing? I definitely have!
As you probably know, I’m always up for a good adventure, so when Lynsey mentioned she’d like to try out Axeperience, we got it booked in asap! And what a fun afternoon it was!
You book in a one hour session, and each axe throwing lane is split between six people to take turns and engage in a little tournament. For our session, there were eight people in total, so we got to split two lanes for more axe throwing action. First we got a thorough introduction by Darsha, who was then joined by Ross to oversee our efforts.
We all got to do some test runs under close supervision, and then the tournament started, in which two people face off against each other to see who can achieve more points. Seeing as most of us struggled to even get the axes to stick into the boards, it was a hilarious experience. I had so much fun trying my hand at this, I’ll definitely be back again soon.
